What this business does

Digital advertising operations is a business in which advertising creative and analysis is shared with an agent, and the agency undertakes everything from production to improvement.

We process advertising creative production, operation, analysis, and improvement in one flow, and do not end with the production, but instead use the results for the next improvement.

We offer acquisition and improvement operations trained through GTM engineering to expand our own products as client work.

What you will do

The scope of your initial assignment will be determined through an interview based on your experience and desired involvement from the job descriptions below.

1. Agents are responsible for advertising creative and analysis, and handle everything from production to improvement.
2. Run advertising operations for your own products and clients in parallel, and reflect the knowledge of both in improvements.
3. Responsible for reading numbers and making decisions about batters. Production and aggregation will be handed over to an agent.
4. We break down the winning formula for each industry (appeal type, layout type, acceptance inspection standards) into a form that agents can use.
5. The key points of operation are recorded as procedures that can be reproduced.

What success looks like

• Acquisition of our own products is actually increasing.
• Operational decisions are verbalized in a form that can be passed on to agents.
• The types of operational services provided to clients are continually being improved.

• A person who can not only operate the management screen but also assemble operations from business acquisition issues.
• A person who can explain the reasons why the numbers moved by dividing them into hypotheses and verification results.
• A person who can balance the quantity and quality of creative work by sharing work with an agent.
• A person who can stop measures that are not working and decide specifically what to try next.
• Someone who can listen to production and business circumstances outside of their area of expertise and reflect them in operations.

Experience and career path

You will gain experience in reorganizing the design, production, operation, analysis, and improvement of advertisements, including sharing the responsibility with agents. In addition to deepening your operational expertise, you can expand your role to include overall acquisition, including strategy and creative.

Luxar is in the early stages of its founding, and rather than joining an already established organization, we are at the stage where we are creating the business process and company structure on the job. Successful decisions and procedures are not kept privately, but are preserved as skills and documents. Therefore, in addition to practical work in the area in which you are responsible, you will gain experience in creating a method to run a business with a small number of people and an AI agent.

Our primary engagement models are full-time employment at the company’s core and project-based contracting that brings specialist expertise. Depending on the role, co-founder, partner, or director arrangements may also be possible. Expanded responsibility is not an automatic promotion; we decide it together based on the work undertaken and the state of the business.

• Rather than limiting the work of advertising operations staff to just one part of the process, we handle everything from decision-making to execution and review of digital advertising operations.
• The processes that can be passed on to agents, such as investigation, organization, generation, and implementation, are passed on to agents, and people spend their time asking questions, coming to an agreement with the other party, and determining the final quality.
