People who promote the products they put out through the flow of SNS.
Job details
Business overview
Luxar is a company that is launching multiple businesses centered on AI. The same team works to support client companies' AI utilization and product development, as well as to create and grow our own products.
Even in the management of the company itself, we share the work with AI agents. We try out everything from research, requirements definition, design, implementation, and document creation in our daily work, and pass on the methods we found useful to the next job. People are responsible for deciding what to make and what not to make, forming relationships with others, reading the constraints of the site, and having ultimate responsibility for the quality of the experience.
What this business does
GTM Engineering is a business that takes on the role of expanding our own products and taking care of acquiring and improving them after they are released.
We will proceed with automatic operation of PLG-type GTM experiments, acquisition and improvement, share production and analysis with agents, and be in charge of growth after the product is released.
The operations we learned here are being applied back to our digital advertising operations agency, and we are also applying the learnings we learned through advertising operations to the way we deliver our own products.
What you will do
The scope of your initial assignment will be determined through an interview based on your experience and desired involvement from the job descriptions below.
- Create recognition and acquisition of your own products through the operation of SNS.
- Create a system where posting and analysis are handled by agents. People have plans and judgments.
- Break down the reasons for the increase in posts and put it into a form that can be reproduced.
- We will transform the operations we have learned here into services for our clients.
What success looks like
- The influx of our own products is through SNS.
- Operations are run by a system rather than by humans.
- The winning pattern has been verbalized and can be reproduced on other accounts.
Experience
Required
- Operational practices of SNS accounts (planning, posting, analysis).
- The experience of looking at numbers and deciding on the next project.
- You can explain in your own words the types of posts that grow.
Preferred
- Experience operating multiple platforms.
- Experience in planning and producing short videos.
- Incorporating generative AI into content production.
Who we are looking for
- People who can see changes in the recognition and acquisition of their products, not the number of posts.
- Someone who can read the reactions of each platform and specifically return to the next project.
- Someone who can hand over production and analysis to AI, but have their own voice and judgment on the account.
- Someone who can not only imitate a post once it has grown, but also separate the elements that can be reproduced.
- A person who works closely with the product side and can reflect user responses for improvement.
Experience and career path
It will be an experience to create a voice for your own product and return the feedback from your posts to acquisition and product improvement. In addition to deepening your specialty in SNS operations, you can expand your role to include overall GTM engineering.
Luxar is in the early stages of its founding, and rather than joining an already established organization, we are at the stage where we are creating the business process and company structure on the job. Successful decisions and procedures are not kept privately, but are preserved as skills and documents. Therefore, in addition to practical work in the area in which you are responsible, you will gain experience in creating a method to run a business with a small number of people and an AI agent.
Our primary engagement models are full-time employment at the company’s core and project-based contracting that brings specialist expertise. Depending on the role, co-founder, partner, or director arrangements may also be possible. Expanded responsibility is not an automatic promotion; we decide it together based on the work undertaken and the state of the business.

Why this role matters
- Rather than limiting the work of the SNS marketing operations manager to just one part of the process, we handle everything from GTM engineering decisions to execution and review.
- The processes that can be passed on to agents, such as investigation, organization, generation, and implementation, are passed on to agents, and people spend their time asking questions, coming to an agreement with the other party, and determining the final quality.
- At a company in its early stages, we not only finish the task at hand, but also leave it as a procedure that can be used by the next person and the next project. Regular employees work at the core of the company, while outsourced employees bring their expertise to projects. The path to co-founding and business responsibility will be discussed individually depending on the job type and business status.
