Digital advertising operations is a business in which advertising creative and analysis is shared with an agent, and the agency undertakes everything from production to improvement.

We process advertising creative production, operation, analysis, and improvement in one flow, and do not end with the production, but instead use the results for the next improvement.

We offer acquisition and improvement operations trained through GTM engineering to expand our own products as client work.

What you will do

The scope of your initial assignment will be determined through an interview based on your experience and desired involvement from the job descriptions below.

1. Planning a video advertisement. Break it down to the script and cuts, and break it down into units of shooting and production.
2. Gather or create materials. It combines shooting arrangements, selection of existing materials, and production using generative AI.
3. Translate the format of UGC and memes into a structure that can be used as an advertisement.
4. Break down the elements of the creative you hit and leave them in a form that can be reproduced in the next project.
5. Share the process with editors and operations staff. Vacant processes will be taken over regardless of the job type.

What success looks like

• The number of days from planning to submission has not increased even if we increase the number of products.
• The reason for the hit or miss can be explained by the opening, appeal, and direction.
• For each category, there are still molds that can be mass-produced.

• A person who thinks not about pretty images but from compositions that can be watched until the end.
• People who can use a reference format by breaking it down instead of tracing it.
• A person who can choose the means of photographing, collecting, and generating based on the purpose.
• Someone who can explain why they didn't get it right by breaking it down into elements rather than just feeling.
• Someone who can look at the editing and operational processes and adjust the delivery method.

Experience and career path

You will have the experience of planning, materials, and verification of a video advertisement in one process, and turning the correct shape into a mold that can be mass-produced. In addition to specializing in production, you can expand into roles with overall creative or acquisition design.

Luxar is in the early stages of its founding, and rather than joining an already established organization, we are at the stage where we are creating the business process and company structure on the job. Successful decisions and procedures are not kept privately, but are preserved as skills and documents. Therefore, in addition to practical work in the area in which you are responsible, you will gain experience in creating a method to run a business with a small number of people and an AI agent.

Our primary engagement models are full-time employment at the company’s core and project-based contracting that brings specialist expertise. Depending on the role, co-founder, partner, or director arrangements may also be possible. Expanded responsibility is not an automatic promotion; we decide it together based on the work undertaken and the state of the business.

The production process consists of three parts: planning (script/cutting), gathering and creating materials, and editing. The position will be in charge of this process, and the director will be in charge of planning and materials. If it is possible to take over the photography and production, we will discuss the extent of this in an interview. It is even better if you have experience in production using video generation AI or image generation AI.
