Luxar is a company that is launching multiple businesses centered on AI. The same team works to support client companies' AI utilization and product development, as well as to create and grow our own products.

Even in the management of the company itself, we share the work with AI agents. Digital advertising operations is a business in which advertising creative and analysis is shared with an agent, and the agency undertakes everything from production to improvement.

We process advertising creative production, operation, analysis, and improvement in one flow, and do not end with the production, but instead use the results for the next improvement.

We offer acquisition and improvement operations trained through GTM engineering to expand our own products as client work.

What you will do

The scope of your initial assignment will be determined through an interview based on your experience and desired involvement from the job descriptions below.

1. Edit based on the script and cuts. Finalize the subtitles, sound effects, and tempo.
2. Collect materials. Responsible for organizing photographic materials and procuring stock materials and generated materials.
3. Create variations from the same project and secure a sufficient number for verification.
4. Match the requirements for export and submission for each medium.
5. Save the editing steps and template and use it for the next project.

What success looks like

• The number required for verification has been submitted within the deadline.
• The exchange of corrections has been reduced by using templates and materials rather than words of advice.
• The correct editing pattern has also been used in other projects.

• A person who can not only complete the specified composition, but also be able to judge the tempo by themselves.
• A person who can balance producing a high number of books without compromising the quality of each piece.
• People who are able to move forward in a situation where they lack materials by either searching for them or creating them.
• Someone who can leave instructions and templates to avoid repeating the same modifications.
• Someone who can listen to the intentions of planning and operations and reflect them in editorial decisions.

Experience and career path

In addition to editing duties, you will gain experience in designing everything from procuring materials to securing the number of copies to be verified. In addition to deepening your editing specialty, you can expand your role to direction, including planning and material production.

Luxar is in the early stages of its founding, and rather than joining an already established organization, we are at the stage where we are creating the business process and company structure on the job. Successful decisions and procedures are not kept privately, but are preserved as skills and documents. Therefore, in addition to practical work in the area in which you are responsible, you will gain experience in creating a method to run a business with a small number of people and an AI agent.

Our primary engagement models are full-time employment at the company’s core and project-based contracting that brings specialist expertise. Depending on the role, co-founder, partner, or director arrangements may also be possible. Expanded responsibility is not an automatic promotion; we decide it together based on the work undertaken and the state of the business.

The production process consists of three parts: planning (script/cutting), gathering and creating materials, and editing. The position covers this process, and the editor is in charge of the materials and editing. If you would like to modify the structure, we will discuss the scope in an interview. It is even better if you have experience in production using video generation AI or image generation AI.
